CONDUCT AN ASSESSMENT OF AND CREATE A ROADMAP FOR THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM
The County is soliciting proposals for consulting services to conduct an
assessment of its technology systems and capabilities within the context of the
business process requirements of the County. The assessment process must lead to a
short and long term strategic plan, with alternatives that will guide the Borough in its
use of technology now and into the future. This assessment and subsequent plan must
take into consideration current hardware, software and the potential for
implementation of a Records Management System and the use of GIS software
