Work of this contract consists of the construction of a new 1,309 gross square foot concessions facility at
Ella Mae Power Park, Novi, Michigan. Work includes, but is not limited to, building demolition, cast-inplace
concrete, masonry work, steel framing, steel deck and steel lintels, roofing and insulation, hollow
metal frames/doors and hardware, overhead coiling doors, aluminum horizontal sliding windows, glazing,
gypsum board on metal studs, lay-in acoustical panel ceiling, painting, food service equipment, plumbing,
mechanical equipment and related ductwork, lighting and power.
