The New York City Economic Development Corporation, through the New York City Department of Small Business Services (DSBS), is seeking proposals for Pier 42, located at the foot of Gouverneur Slip and South Street, fronting the East River in Manhattan, New York.
The RFP provides for a one (1) year term, with two one (1) year renewal options, exercisable at the Citys discretion. The concession will operate pursuant to a concession agreement (the Agreement) issued by DSBS. NYCEDC plans to select a concessionaire on the basis of the criteria stated in the RFP.
