COMPREHENSIVE BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN
The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals (the
Offeror or Contractor) for the development of a Comprehensive Bicycle/Pedestrian
Transportation Master Plan. The City wishes to create a plan that provides guidance and
direction through goals, policies, and strategies for the design, development, operation, and
maintenance of a connected bicycle/pedestrian network infrastructure throughout Rio Rancho.
This plan will support the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive, beneficial, and
sustainable bicycle/pedestrian network that offers the public the ability and option to travel
without the use of motorized vehicles for recreation and commuting.
