COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM ENTERPRISE/ ADMINISTRATIVE COMPUTING SYSTEM
This request for Information (RFI) is to obtain a Community College Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system and related hardware/software for the Community College System. Throughout this document the terms Community College System and Community College Commission are used interchangeably. Also the terms vendor, proposer, and contractor are intended to be synonymous. The Community College System currently maintains distributed higher education software systems at seven community colleges with individual small staffs and a system office computing system with an IT staff of three. The WCCC is in the process of getting approval to replace or enhance its existing ERP. The WCCC is using this RFI to consider various outsourced software and support service solutions,.
