Description: NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg PA is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair the item as specified within this document.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the repair of NSN 7GX 5810 015234743, P/N 285739-1, Communications Security. The Government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform repairs or manufacture the item.
All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. NAVSUP WSS WILL NOT DELAY AWARD WHILE SOURCE APPROVAL IS PENDING DUE TO CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS.
