COMMON STAND EXAM FLATHEAD NATIONAL FOREST
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-17-0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94B and 2005-95B - 1/19/2017.

This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 115310.
A quotation is requested to provide plot inventory and stand examination data. Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for an end product. If an end product is not provided in compliance with the contract specifications, an adjustment to the payment will be made. The awarded contract will be a a firm fixed price contract, with a starting date of June 12, 2016.
The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
Quotes must be received by May 2, 2017 , at 2:30 P.M. Mountain Time at the Lolo National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Contracting, 24 Fort Missoula Road, Missoula, MT 59804. Quotes may also be emailed to tlmitchell@fs.fed.us. No faxes will be accepted.
