COMMERCIAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE POSTAL SQUARE BUILDING
The General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region (NCR), Metropolitan Service Center (WPME), has a requirement to re-compete the performance-based Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) services at the Postal Square building located at 2 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC. Overall facility functions for a CFM contract are: facilities management, operation and maintenance (O&M), elevator maintenance, and custodial services.
This is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) Business Development Program. Concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the 8(a) Business Development Program solicited under NAICS 561210.
