This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quote (RFQ), W52P1J-14-T-0011, is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This RFQ is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
Required are Police Vests in support of the Military Ocean Terminal at Concord, CA (MOTCO) Police Department.

Responsible offerors shall provide unit pricing for all items listed. All prices are to be firm fixed.
Offerors shall provide at least the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public in customary commercial practice.
This requirement includes custom fitting of vests for 20 personnel at the MOTCO Police Department. The custom fittings will occur at the MOTCO Police Department located at 410 Norman Ave, Concord, CA 94520. Offerors shall be geographically located and available to conform to the custom fittings requested by this requirement.
Delivery of equipment shall be FOB Destination to the following address:

All deliveries shall be made in accordance with FAR 52.247-34 FOB Destination. The place of delivery, acceptance and FOB destination point is Concord, CA.
Items are to be delivered 30 days after award of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Earlier delivery is acceptable, at no additional cost to the Government, and is desired.
All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for an award with the US Government. Application to this site can be found under the following link: www.sam.gov. Failure to comply with SAM registration may deem an offeror ineligible for award.
The Government will issue a Purchase Order to the responsible offeror with the lowest overall price.
