COLLECT/NCIC Software Interface Applications
The South Western Regional Planning Agency (SWRPA) invites written cost proposals from vendors or
suppliers having expertise in the development, sale and servicing of emergency management software
applications that support the State of Connecticut E-911 system, the State of Connecticut On-Line Law
Enforcement Computer Terminal and the National Crime and Information Computer
commonly and collectively known as the COLLECT/NCIC system.
