CODIFICATION SERVICES
Pre-bid conference 10/22/2009.
The City intends to establish an annual requirements contract for codification services for the
Municipal Code under coordination by the City Clerks Office. The successful bidder will research, edit, index and
publish in printable electronic format the finally enacted legislation the City specifies for inclusion in the Municipal Code.
The City requests the functional requirements of the Internet Hosting environment meets the business requirements
of the City; meets ADA standards; the suitability of the review and publication timing requirements to the proposed
City standards; and the ability to provide online and printed distribution and any associated tools for on-line queries.
In addition, the successful bidder must provide at reasonable cost a subscription service for consumers and
interested parties needing paper supplement updates to the Municipal Code mailed to a specified address.
The successful bidder will current vendor publish the Municipal Code online, provides quarterly paper
supplements, mails paper supplements to subscribers, posts Ordinances that have not been incorporated into the
code online, and provides the City with an electronic file of the entire code, after each supplement is
published.
