The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service intends to issue a contract with Code42 for the renewal of its software subscription as follows: PRO3 User Subscription 1 YR - 2000 users; PRO212M Maintenance 1 Year - Qty. 2, PRO472 Maintenance 1 Year - Qty. 2. This contract will be for a Base Year and 4 one year options. Code42 is the only known vendor to provide this service. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.
