Attached is Solicitation number SPE600-18-R-0509 for the procurement of Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel storage services within Bordentown, NJ. These services include: Receiving, storing, protecting and shipping U.S. Government owned product (Aviation Turbine Fuel, Jet-A or Jet A with additives (JAA)). The Contractor is responsible for the Technical, Management, Operation, Maintenance, Operation, Product Quality Surveillance1) the receipt of U.S. Government owned product (Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade JP-5) via ocean going tanker/barges; 2) the storage and quality maintenance of the product; and 3) the shipment of product to DoD sponsored customers via tank trucks.
