Purusant to FAR 6.302-1 and the attached Sole Source Justification, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is soliciting Cepeda Associates for the repair and maintenance of the CO/H2 Scrubbers and Burners aboard a US Navy Ship. Period of performance has been changed to 12/2/19-12/18/19.
