The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 8 requires Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) (also known as construction manager at risk) services for the repairs, alterations, renovations, and improvements at the Department of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Service Center Building located at 1160 W 1200 S, Ogden, UT. GSA has determined that the proposed repair and alteration project is the best solution for GSA and IRS in order to address critical needs, reduce future maintenance, improve life safety and efficiency, and minimize repair costs.
