CMS - Data Center Optimization Consulting RFP
The Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) seeks to establish a master contract that will allow CMS and other governmental agencies to purchase services to assist with analyzing and optimizing software systems with the goal of reducing our overall software spend.
Due to the nature of this work and the potential for conflict of interest, no current software or hardware vendor providing services to the State of Illinois will be able to bid on this proposal. The selected vendor agrees it will not have any interest in any future systems hardware/software contracts for the State of Illinois during the term of the contract or any interest in future systems hardware/software contracts based on their work
