CMS Third Party Financing Matrix
The State requests sealed bids from Vendors prepared to finance data processing, telecommunications, various other types of equipment (vehicles, scientific lab, office, copying, etc...), software and related services. The intent of this bid is to establish a financing matrix which may be used to finance the personal property procurements that will be installed and accepted during the term outlined in the solicitation document.
