CMS Replace, Migrate and Support Service
To establish a contract with a Service Provider that will replace the existing Vignette/Open Text Content Management System (CMS) with a CMS built on the Drupal open source platform. This eRFP's intent includes obtaining the software and the services required to install, implement, migrate and support the new CMS and any installed modules or additional enhancements. The Authority has the need for two different hosting approaches for the CMS. One hosting approach is entirely based upon services being provided at the state's North Atlanta Data Center (NADC) described below. Another approach is entirely based upon services being provided at a Service Provider cloud based site. Both approaches will be considered; however, a decision will be made based upon the best valued approach and solution.
