CMS is seeking a single contractor to consolidate its Medicare Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) programs. It is a full and open competition with an anticipated cost plus award fee (CPAF) contract. Period of performance is one base year and four one-year options.
