CMAR FOR THE HANNELLY CENTER EXPANSION AND REMODEL
The Maricopa County Community College District is accepting sealed Proposals for: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR THE HANNELLY CENTER EXPANSION AND REMODEL, PHOENIX COLLEGE
Services to be performed: Design for the expansion and remodel of the existing Hannelly Center Building of approximately 13,000 square feet of expansion and 45,650 square feet of remodeling. Also included in this project (and calculated square footage shown above) is the remodel of the adjacent Learning Center Building as well as the demolition of the existing Maintenance Storage Building.
In an effort to conserve our natural resources, the completed project should be energy effiicient as is practical and possible. While not seeking formal LEED Certification, Phoenix College will build high performance buildings in everyway possible. The District intends to construct this project using a construction manager at risk delivery system. The CM@R will be selected shortly after consultant selection.
