This acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Price, FAR Part 15 procurement for multiple NSN(s). Government is pursuinig a long-term contract for a duration of three base-years, and the potential of two, one-year options. Total contract value is not expected to exceed $19,866,334.00. This procurement will cover DLA stock for CONUS.
This acquisition is for supplies which rmany require engineerin source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with th design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cogniant Government engineering activity.
Some data needed to produce items on this procurement may not be physically available to the Government and the Government may not own data or the rights to use the data needed to purchase the parts from additonal sources. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers.
