CM - Major Improvements to the Education
SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide construction management services for Project No. 10328, Rehab of Park and Wilber Halls, and Project 10340, Upgrade to Science Engineering/Technology to be built at the State University of New York College at Oswego. The expertise and resources of construction management services are required for approximately 51 months during the design, bidding and construction phases of 10328, and for approximately 39 months during the bidding and construction phase of 10340. Project 10328 has an expected construction value of over $26M, primarily in rehabilitation with some new construction, fit-up, demolition, and other work. Project 10340 has an expected construction value of over $87M, primarily in new construction with some renovation and other work. Projects 10328 and 10340 involve multiple funding sources, multiple management teams at SUNY Oswego and SUCF, multiple construction contracts, interrelated schedules with complex sequencing and considerable site and staging constraints. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
