The University of North Texas System requests proposals from qualified and experienced firms
for Building 2 at the University of North Texas Dallas Campus. The work consists of pre-construction services during the Design stage for Building 2 at the University of North Texas Dallas Campus. Upon completion of that phase of the work, Owner may elect to extend the contract to include construction phase services for the facility using a Construction Manager-at-Risk construction delivery technique. Such work will include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and upervision for the construction of a new facility.
