CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES FOR THE AB TECH ALLIED HEALTH & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FACILITY
The County of Buncombe is accepting statements of qualification for Construction Manager at Risk services for the AB Tech Allied Health & Workforce Development Facility, until July 26, 2012 at 5 p.m. at the Buncombe County Planning Department, located at 46 Valley Street, Asheville, NC 28801. This project will include the construction of the 180,000 square foot community college building and related site work. The total project budget is $36 million.
