CM/GC Services
The Project will be completed in phases. The first phase involves the abatement and demolition of the
four (4) existing buildings described above. In order to expedite the project, the design services for
demolition and abatement will be performed under a separate design professional contract. The demolition and abatement scope of work will comprise the first
component change order for the selected CM/GC
The second phase of the Project will involve the new construction. Preliminary space planning indicates
that the Project will require approximately 32,000 gross square feet. The new facility will better facilitate
the current programs and services as well as allow for expansion.
