Contractor to provide clinical laboratory services on behalf of NWL WVH and its veterans as ordered by attending physicians in a anner consistent with good business practices within the healthcare and insurance industries, all applicable state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as NWL WVH's Policies and Procedures during weekdays and weekends as needed.
