PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
Solicitation No. 19GE5019Q0017
The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:
CLEANING SERVICES AT THE US EMBASSY LONDON, UK
The solicitation may result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract for one Base and four Option Years.
The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to provide professional window, sail and structure cleaning services to the American Embassy London, United Kingdom.
The areas and surfaces to be cleaned include but are not limited to all exterior glazing, EFTE sails, glass bridge and staircase within the Embassy, exterior and interior cleaning of three CAC buildings and entrance glass canopies.
A Site Visit might be conducted in July / August 2019; the exact location, date and time will be provided in the solicitation document.
