CLEAN EXTERIOR FACE OF SATTERLEE HALL
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material; equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to clean and apply water repellent on the exterior of Satterlee Hall, approximately 11,844 SF (Square Feet). The building is located at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320.
All work must be done as specified in attached Scope of Work (SOW) and in compliance with the health and safety requirements listed herein.
Period of Performance is from date of award, not to exceed 30 September 2019.
All submittals as required in the SOW Section 01.33.00 (Submittal Procedures) must be forwarded to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Tom Huffman by email at Thomas.I.Huffman@uscg.mil or hard copy can be mailed or hand carry for approval or disapproval within ten (10) days after receipt.
SITE VISIT:
The USCG Academy recommends that any vendor interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit prior to submission of quote. Visit to the site may be coordinated with Thom Huffman, 860-444-8554 or by email to Thomas.I.Huffman@uscg.mil.
