(CL-20 (wetted with 15% water), EX-9405294. This requirement is sole sourced ATK Aerospace Group, P.O box 707, M/S F00, Brigham City, UT 84302, due to the years of experience in processing propellants has provided valuable insight in the differences to propellant processing, propellant mechanical properties. Because subtle differences can have a major impact on the behavior of propellants, it is required that changes are avoided all together. For this reason when a product from a particular manufacturer is known through experiences and substantial testing, it is desired to continue to use product the same from manufacturer.
