Submissions should include, but not necessarily be limited to,
the following:
1.
Total Cost/Fee to the City
-
A proposed total fixed fee in Canadian dollars (HST Extra) detailing the
project fees including a detailed cost breakdown showing the major activity costs, hours spent by each
staff member and their respective h
ourly rates and miscellaneous costs associated with the project (i.e.
disbursements, travel costs, printing, incidentals, postage, courier, facsimile, long distance charges, etc.)
Proposals are to be submitted as a lump sum dollar amount and are to include
all work as requested in
the RFPj
2.
Include
per diem and hourly rates for all personnel for
additional Professional Consulting fees for
additional scope of work that may be requested of the successful
p
roponent and its team
and
added to
this agreement either during or after completion of the project.
