CIP Plan and Impact Fees Assessment

The City is accepting engineering qualifications to create the Citys capital improvements plan and to assist the City in adopting an impact fee for water and sewer services and transportation in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code (the Project). The City has adopted a Comprehensive Plan in 2010 that includes land use assumptions. The selected Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and project management services for the duration of the Project.
