This is the solicitation for upgrading the existing facilities at the CICOR Operations Center for DICAR which includes the demolition and deconstruction of existing elements and finishes, and the renovation of this facility including new floor, doors, ceiling, LED lighting and furniture; and the construction of a storage and equipment rooms.
Project also includes the supply of security (CCTV system), audio/video system, comms (voice & data), electrical and HVAC systems, including the supply of an UPS and all the necessary components for a fully working facility as well as any incidental related work.
The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated period of performance is 130 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

The solicitation is expected to be posted on October 10, 2017 and available for at least 30 days - reference SAQMMA-17-R-0613. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 90 days of proposal receipt.
