The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32926, intends to solicit and negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, A Lockheed Martin Company, Stratford, CT, authority permitting other than full and open competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), b Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAWCTSD has identified a requirement to procure the following five (5) spares required for the CH-53K Containerized Flight Training Device, Serial No. 1 (CFTD-1) device number 2F243-1:
