The Government proposed to replace, on a sole source basis to the Boeing Company, P/N 145PK100-2, Infra-Red Suppression System (IRSS), with P/N 145PS150-9, in support of the Foreign Military Sales for Australia; establish Over and Above Contract Line Items (CLINs) for United Arab Emirates (UAE), required to correct nonconforming Government Furnished Equipment. This includes all labor, engineering services, personnel, data, communication, transportation, equipment and materials. Authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can provide the required service described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements.
