CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER SERVICES
The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for Child Development Center Support Services. This requirement is being requested Best Value Continuum, Tradeoff Process. Appropriate consideration will be given to the three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Price/Cost. Technical and Past Performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed in the PWS.
