CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT SERVICES
County currently operates two charitable giving fundraising campaigns
during the year.
The County will work with the selected Managing Organization to familiarize them
with our approach to campaign management. The County is seeking to find an
organization to manage the day to day operations of the campaign including, but not
limited to, the following:
Review and approve/deny each charitable organization's request for
participation based on the criteria outlined in County policy.
Develop a website for employees to make donations (provide a paper format as
well).
Work with County staff to manage collection of donations.
Track and report donations to County staff as needed
Manage payments to each charity receiving donations
