CHARGER SUBASSEMBLY
Description: NSN 6130-01-548-1505 - Charger Subassembly being bought in accordance with Sierra Nevada Corporation (3CN36) P/N 200-00056. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the government requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The required quantity is 6587 each, with an option of 6587 each; to shipped to New Cumberland, PA 17070. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 5/27/19. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and Socioeconomic. The required delivery is 390 days. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
