The objective of this Request for Proposal is to create a Standing Offer Agreement source list of individuals, businesses, and organizations, which can be drawn on in a timely manner to provide the appropriate expertise in a wide range of areas with respect to the development and delivery of workshops, on various FWS topics, including but not limited to: 1) Aircraft Safety Awareness; 2) Boat Operator Proficiency; 3) Safe Driver Training; 4) Wilderness 1st Aid; and 5) Wilderness Readiness Training.
