The California State University (CSU), Office of the Chancellor seeks to identify a consulting partner for its Oracle Enterprise Finance 9.0 Common Financial System (CFS) Implementation project. Working with the Operations Support Services (OSS) group and the Common Management Systems (CMS) group, the security consultant will develop the security design and architecture for the CFS. The engagement will begin in August 2009 with an anticipated duration of 3 to 6 months
