CFS Healthworks Lead Agency
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for HealthWorks of the County Lead Agency activities. DCFS is responsible for ensuring all DCFS wards have a primary care physician, have access to and receive preventative and remedial health care services, and have documentation regarding their health needs, services received, and health status. Health care services for DCFS wards are funded through the State Medicaid program.
