CEO Executive Management Transition RFP
To provide professional support and guidance to the board of directors and transition team to successfully
hire a new Chief Executive Officer for National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions and
ensure a positive and smooth transition for the organization, its staff and the new and retiring CEOs.
National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions Board of Directors is seeking proposals
from consultants experienced in executive transition management in the non-profit sector. The Board
has designated an Executive Transition Committee (ETC) to screen, evaluate, and select the
most responsive Bidder Proposal to be the transition/search firm for this process. Specifically
we are looking for a consultant or team to assist in the development and implementation of an executive
transition strategy to ensure a smooth changeover in the leadership of the Federation by April 2010.
