CEFMS Maintenance
NOTE: This requirement was originally announced to industry under Special Notice: DRAFT_W912HQ-17-R-0004.
1. INTRODUCTION
The Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA), in support of the United States Army Corps of Engineers Finance Center (UFC), is seeking proposals from Small Business commercial vendors or integrators to provide US Army Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) support services.
HECSA is soliciting the CEFMS requirement for services beginning 3 October 2017 with four One-Year Options.
Interested sources are invited to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference detailed below and submit questions or comments to the attached Solicitation. The Government will analyze all responses and may integrate the results into the solicitation process via an Amendment.
Submission Requirements: This announcement is a total set-aside for small businesses. The Government is seeking proposals under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services.
2. INSTRUCTIONS
Companies are invited to submit questions and comments regarding the attached Solicitation. All questions and comments shall be sent via email no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Friday, 14 July 2017 to:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the USACE Finance Center in Millington, TN at 1:30 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Monday, 24 July 2017. The address for the Pre-Proposal Conference is:

Companies are invited to join the Pre-Proposal Conference in person and those interested in attending shall coordinate their visit with Sheila Smith from the UFC office at Sheila.A.Smith@usace.army.mil or 901-873-9009. Attendees must coordinate their visit by 9:00 AM CDT on 19 July 2017.
During the Pre-Proposal Conference there will be a Powerpoint presentation in response to the questions/comments submitted by industry. The Government will also express its goals, schedule and provide feedback.
Questions submitted in response to the Solicitation will be answered and discussed during the meeting and may be incorporated in the final solicitation through an Amendment posted to FBO.gov.
