This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure services. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for services to The Corporate Executive Board Company 1919 N. Lynn Street, Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22209-1705. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
