The Maryland Air National guard is seeking potential and eligible business firms that are capable of providing Contractor will remove and replace the existing Air Handling Unit-1 that has failed with a new Roof Top Unit (RTU) of similar capacity, RTU to come equipped for DDC compatibility and interface. (Nominal 12 ton, cooling only RTU, with 2" MERV 8 filter, with economizer, and modulating scroll compressor, 3 row coil minimum. Modulation down to 10% with variable speed scroll compressor.) Based on TRANE TZD150 Roof Top Unit. Proposed work to be performed under the aforementioned contact is anticipated to be within the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes as follows: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is for market research purposes only. Any information submitted is at the company's own expense. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of capability statements in connection with the market survey. Any information provided is voluntary.
