This RFQ is for a firm-fixed price stand alone contract to be established with a delivery not to exceed August, 30, 2019. An order placed against any existing GSA contract will include applicable clauses, terms, and conditions of the parent contract apply to this RFQ.
The requirement is for a GSA purchase, if possible, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Please email your quote by 2:00 p.m. MT - August 15, 2019.

334412 - size Standard $750M
4. Award basis - firm-fixed price, most
advantageous to the Government with technical
merit somewhat more important than price and
price related factors.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for
commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation
number is 1282CS19Q0037 and is issued as a
request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses
are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 2019-02. This requirement is
solicited as a Total Small Business set aside
under NAICS code 334412, Bare Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing.
A current Contractor registration is required in
the System for Award Management (SAM) website,
https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Quoters
must ensure that they are self-certified under
NAICS Code 334412 in the Representations and
Certifications portion of SAM or return a fully
executed Offeror Representations and
Certifications-Commercial Items (October 2018)
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clause
52.212-3 with their quote. (Available at
https://www.acquisition.gov/ and attached to this
solicitation).
Any questions concerning this solicitation shall
be submitted in writing by email directly to the
Contract Specialist, Melissa A. Maestas at
melissa.maestas@usda.gov no later than 2:00 pm MT
Wednesday, August 7, 2019. Include the solicitation
number, 1282CS19Q0037, in the subject line of
your email. If warranted, a question and answer
document shall be posted as an amendment to this
combined synopsis/solicitation no later than
Friday, August 9, 2019.
Deadline for submitting quotes. Quotes shall be
submitted directly to the Contracting Specialist,
Melissa A. Maestas at melissa.maestas@usda.gov no
later than 2:00 pm MT, Thursday, August 15, 2019.

in the subject line of your emailed quote. Please
