CCTV
This is a non-personnel service contract to provide installation of security cameras (CCTV's, and all components. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Plans are not included with the solicitation, they will be provided during the site visit, after nondisclosure agreement is signed.
The following solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ)competed IAW FAR PART 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items; FAR PART 12, Commercial Items. Quotes failing to met all the terms and conditions of this solicitation; to include buy terms, line item descriptions, and attachments, may not be evaluated for award. One (1) firm-fixed price purchase order will be
awarded as a result of this solicitation. Please see FAR 13.004-Legal effect of quotations. The solicitation requires that the government evaluate quotes on a line item basis; therefore, each line item will include applicable evaluation criteria. Required Certifications Installation of additional video surveillance equipment (CCTV), manufactured by Panasonic and Brocade, to the existing system already in place at Irwin Army Community Hospital. Offeror must provide certification or documentation that they are an authorized dealer of Panasonic products and have the certification to install the equipment. Offeror shall provide documentation
to show certification to install Brocade CAT 6 Cable (Brown).

Attachment 1 (Site Visit Registration Form) must be completed and returned in order to participate in the site visit on Friday, December 13th, 2017 @ 9 a.m. Central.
