CCTV Project
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301619U0223 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and DFARS change notice 20190215. This purchase is restricted to Woman Owned Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 238210 and the size standard is $15M. This is a requirement for the installation of CCTV Sercurity Systems as indicated in the attached solicitation.
Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: Aisha Adams at E-mail: aisha.adams@us.af.mil no later than 1pm CST, 31 July 2019 - Wednesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. There will be a site visit held for this requirement on 25 July 2019 at 8:00AM. The meeting place will be held at the first building: 1215 Truemper St. Bldg 9210 Lackland AFB, TX.
