CCTV Equipment and Installation - 500th MIB-T, Schofield Barracks, HI
The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Hawaii has a requirement for a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, equipment and installation located at Bldg 2451, Schofield Barracks, HI. The contractor shall furnish necessary management, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and other incidental services to purchase and install a new CCTV system in accordance with the Statement of Work and salient characteristics.
This is a solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-19-Q-0068.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 561621 and the small business size standard is $20.5M.
The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION INCLUDING ANY ATTACHMENTS.
All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database as a small business under the NAICS requested, have a CAGE and DUNS code via SAM at www.sam.gov.
NOTE: A site visit is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 28 AUG 19, Meet Time: 3:00 PM HST. Any vendor interested in attending the site visit must contact the POC below no later than 26 AUG 19. Meet location information will be provided to confirmed attendees (limit one (1) representative per company) prior to the event.
Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email by 30 AUG 19, 3:00 PM HST to ensure Government has ample response time and still allow timely submittals of quotes.
