This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Kentucky Army National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office located at 120 Minuteman Parkway, Frankfort, KY 40601-6192, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for materials prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561320. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price Single Award contract.


Vendors interested in responding to this proposal must submit their proposals utilizing the attached solicitation. Pricing will be entered onto the continuation sheet corresponding to item number. Please provide unit price and total amount when responding.

Please include your company CAGE Code with your bid.

Proposals will only be received electronically or by USPS (Do not FAX proposals). Questions concerning this solicitation will be accepted up to 22 October 2018. Due date and time for proposals is located in Block 8 of the solicitation.
