This Request for Information (RFI)'s purpose is to obtain market information on viable sources for medical, laboratory, and medical review officer services to support the Office of Human Resources Management (HRM), National Programs Division (NPD) which includes employee examinations and consultations, fitness for duty examinations (FFDE), return to work (non - workers' compensation cases), medical documentation review, medical consultation for clinical opinion, medical and physical requirements, and the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Program (FDWP). 

This RFI is also for employee medical, laboratory, and medical review officer services to support the National Program Division within the Office of Human Resources. The services will include Fitness for Duty Examinations (FFDE), Return to Work (Non - Workers' Compensation Cases), Medical Documentation Review, Medical Consultation for Clinical Opinion, Medical and Physical Requirements, medical review officer (MRO) to provide oversight of the DFWP, HHS certified laboratory to conduct specimen analysis for Federal employees, clinic for specimen collection, certified specimen collectors, and shipping supplies to support the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Program.

AMENDMENT 1:
The Response date of May 6th, 2019 will be extended. CBP will post the new response date along with the Responses to the Questions & Answers (Q&A) in the upcoming days.

AMENDMENT 2:
This Amendment is to extend the Response Due Date to Friday, May 17th, 2019 11:00 EST. This Amendment is also to post CBP's Responses to the Q&As. Please See the attached Document for the responses.
